Product Care

For Wooden Wick Candles:

• During the first burn, allow your candle to burn for at least 2 hours or until the entire surface has melted into a liquid wax pool. This helps ensure an even burn each time you light it.

• Always trim the wick to approximately ½ cm before lighting. This maintains a safe flame height and enhances performance. You can gently snap off the burnt wood or trim it neatly with nail clippers.

• If you notice any slight soot marks inside the jar, simply wipe the glass with a damp cloth to keep it looking fresh.

For Cotton Wick Candles:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch (0.6 cm) before each burn to prevent excessive flickering or smoke.

• Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

• If the flame becomes too high, extinguish the candle, trim the wick, and relight.

General Candle Care:

• Due to the use of natural ingredients, slight wax discoloration may occur towards the end of the candle’s life. This does not affect its performance.

• Store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or harsh indoor lighting (e.g., spotlights).

• To remove dust and fingerprints, gently rub the candle jar with a soft cloth or a piece of nylon. You can use it dry or slightly dampened with water.

• Once your candle is finished, upcycle your jar for storage, decor, or any creative reuse!
