Delivery

Our products will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearance unless otherwise agreed. If an item is temporarily out of stock and requires a longer delivery time, we will notify you via email.
For deliveries within Switzerland and the European Union we use La Poste.
For international deliveries we use Fedex.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to replace or exchange products (subject to availability) if they meet one of the following conditions:

The item was damaged upon delivery or is faulty due to no fault of your own.
The incorrect item was shipped due to an error on our part.

To request a replacement or exchange, please email us at info@caliq.co within 14 days of receiving your order, specifying the reason for the request. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will only be accepted at our discretion.

Please note that exchanges are only available for shipments within Switzerland and the European Union.
