YOUR SATISFACTION WITH OUR PRODUCTS IS IMPORTANT TO US. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO REPLACE OR EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME ITEM (WHERE STILL AVAILABLE) PRODUCTS THAT ARE:

 

  • DAMAGED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OR FAULTY DUE TO NO FAULT ON YOUR PART; OR

  • INCORRECTLY SHIPPED BECAUSE OF AN ERROR ON OUR PART.

 

TO REPLACE OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL AT INFO@CALIQ.CO WITHIN 2 WEEKS, 14 DAYS  FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE GOODS TO YOU SPECIFYING THE REASONS FOR THE EXCHANGE. REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGE RECEIVED BY US OUTSIDE THE ABOVE TIME FRAMES MAY BE ACCEPTED AT OUR DISCRETION ONLY.
